60-Night Sleep Trial Policy

We want you to feel confident in your mattress purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-Night Sleep Trial on all eligible mattresses, allowing you to try your new mattress in the comfort of your own home.

How the 60-Night Sleep Trial Works

  • The sleep trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered

  • We ask that you sleep on your mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust

  • If you are not satisfied after 30 nights, you may request a return anytime within the 60-night trial period

Eligible Products

✔️ Only mattresses qualify for the 60-Night Sleep Trial

❌ The following items are not eligible for return under the sleep trial:

  • Adjustable bases

  • Furniture

  • Pillows, mattress protectors, or accessories

  • Delivery, setup, or removal services

All non-mattress items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

$95 Mattress Disposal Fee

If you choose to return your mattress during the sleep trial, a $95 mattress disposal fee will be deducted from your refund.

This fee helps cover:

  • Mattress pickup or donation coordination

  • Responsible disposal or recycling

  • Transportation and handling costs

By charging a disposal fee instead of inflating mattress prices, we’re able to keep our mattresses high quality and affordably priced for all customers.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • The $95 disposal fee will be deducted from the total purchase price

  • Refunds are processed once the mattress pickup or donation is confirmed. To start a return please email contactguestlysleep@gmail.com with your order number and a representative will reach out to you. Refunds can take 7 days or more depending on the form of payment. 

Additional Terms

  • The mattress must be in good condition, free of damage or abuse

  • Only one sleep trial per household may be permitted

  • Proof of purchase is required
