About Our Mattresses

Are your mattresses really 100% fiberglass-free?

Yes, every mattress we sell is 100% fiberglass-free — no exceptions. Many budget mattresses use fiberglass as a fire barrier hidden inside the cover. When the cover is removed or damaged, fiberglass particles can spread throughout your home and are extremely difficult to remove. We don't use it. Every Guestly Sleep mattress uses safe, certified fire barrier materials so you never have to worry about what's inside.

Where are your mattresses made?

Our mattresses are assembled in the USA using high-quality materials and manufacturing partnerships that meet strict safety and comfort standards. We avoid excessive marketing spend and showroom overhead so the savings go directly into the product — not into celebrity endorsements.

Why do you recommend replacing a mattress every 2–4 years?

The traditional "replace every 8–10 years" guideline is outdated — and largely promoted by an industry that benefits from selling fewer, more expensive mattresses. The reality is that mattresses accumulate dust mites, dead skin cells, sweat, and allergens over time. A newer mattress is simply a cleaner, healthier sleep environment. We price our mattresses specifically to make 2–4 year replacement cycles financially realistic for everyday households — the same way you replace a water filter or air purifier, not because it's broken, but because newer is cleaner.

What is the difference between a hybrid and a memory foam mattress?

A memory foam mattress is made entirely of foam layers. It contours closely to your body, eliminates motion transfer, and tends to sleep quieter. It can retain more heat than a hybrid, though our foam mattresses use cooling technology to address this.

A hybrid mattress combines foam comfort layers with a pocketed coil support system. The coils add bounce, improve airflow through the mattress, and provide more edge support. Hybrids tend to feel more responsive and sleep cooler than all-foam mattresses. Most of our lineup is hybrid for this reason.

How do I choose the right firmness?

• Soft / Plush: Best for side sleepers who need pressure relief at the shoulders and hips
• Medium / Medium Plush: The most versatile feel — works for back, side, and combination sleepers
• Firm: Best for stomach sleepers and back sleepers who prefer sleeping on top of the mattress rather than in it — also recommended for those with lower back pain who need structured support

What size mattress do I need?

• Twin (38" x 75"): Ideal for children, single sleepers, or smaller rooms
• Twin XL (38" x 80"): Same width as Twin but 5" longer — great for taller single sleepers or college dorms
• Full (54" x 75"): Good for single sleepers who want more room to spread out
• Queen (60" x 80"): The most popular size — comfortable for couples and single sleepers who want maximum space
• King (76" x 80"): Maximum space for couples — ideal if you share the bed with children or pets
• California King (72" x 84"): Narrower but longer than a standard King — best for taller sleepers over 6'2"

Do your mattresses work with an adjustable base?

Yes — all Guestly Sleep mattresses are fully compatible with adjustable bases. If you're looking for an adjustable base to pair with your mattress, we carry several options in our Adjustable Bases collection.

What foundation or base do I need?

Our mattresses work with most standard foundations including platform beds, slatted frames, box springs, and adjustable bases. Slats should be no more than 3" apart to provide proper support. We also carry bed frames and adjustable bases if you need one.

Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free shipping on all mattresses, no minimum order required. Your mattress ships compressed and rolled in a box directly to your door.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer setup or installation services?

Yes — we offer delivery services including mattress setup, adjustable base installation, and haul-away of your old mattress. These are available as add-ons at checkout. Visit our Delivery Services page for details and pricing.

The 60-Night Sleep Trial

How does the 60-night sleep trial work?

Your trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered. We ask that you sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights — this gives your body time to adjust to the new sleep surface, which is normal with any new mattress. If you're still not satisfied after 30 nights, you can request a return anytime before the 60-night trial ends.

Is there a fee to return my mattress?

Yes — a $95 mattress disposal fee is deducted from your refund if you choose to return. This fee covers pickup coordination, responsible recycling or donation, and transportation costs. By charging this fee transparently rather than building it into our mattress prices, we keep our everyday pricing lower for all customers.

How do I start a return?

Email us at contactguestlysleep@gmail.com with your order number and a representative will reach out to coordinate pickup. Refunds are processed once pickup is confirmed and can take 7 or more days depending on your payment method.

What products are eligible for the sleep trial?

Only mattresses qualify for the 60-night sleep trial. The following items are final sale:

• Bed frames and furniture
• Pillows, mattress protectors, and accessories
• Delivery, setup, and removal services

Can I exchange my mattress for a different model instead of returning it?

Yes — if you'd like to try a different model, contact us at contactguestlysleep@gmail.com and we'll work with you to find the right fit.

Warranty

What does the 10-year warranty cover?

Our 10-year warranty covers manufacturer defects including sagging greater than 1.5 inches, physical flaws in materials, and structural failures under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, comfort preference changes, or damage caused by improper use or foundations.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. To get started, contact us at contactguestlysleep@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos, and we will connect you with the manufacturer to begin the claims process.
